Very nice staff, ate in and they were quick to serve, polite and kept my food warm to take home while I ate. Nice for a fast food stop, much nicer than others I eaten at.
The service is awful never gets our food right. The language used by the staff is very disrespectful. Was in the drive thru late one night and the managers daughters was cussing loud enough for my children to hear. Will never be back
This place in Tompkinsville KY routinely messes up our food. From sour cream on items that we asked for no sour cream on to making the combo burrito that i said no onion on with double onions. I have to check everything before leaving the store or I'll have to pay an extra 10.00 in gas going back to get it fixed. Than tonight they told me to bri g the receipt in at 10 mins till closing not even 5 mins after oils the lady that I'd have to drive 10 mins to get back there to get the food replaced.
The food here is standard for a Taco Bell. However, there have been more than a few times where my order has been taken incorrectly and I have gotten something completely different than what I've ordered. Also, service can be slow even when there seems to be no other customers. On the plus side, everyone is very nice and respectful.
This Taco Bell was very good when it first opened. The people in charge of it have let us down with this one. I would steer clear. I ordered a burrito and it came out cold, so I asked for another one. The second one came out cold as well. That was my last trip to Taco Bell.
